Procedures/testing Details
We carry out checks and tests at each stage of production, starting with materials and components, and
including random product tests, pre- and post-packaging checks, tests before delivery and UL, CSA and
VDE engineer routine inspections.
Other Information
Tests include:
Continuity, polarity, dielectric voltage withstanding, insulation resistance, conductor security, blade security,
temperature rise, flexing, abrupt pull, withdrawal for CE, moisture resistance, tumbling barrel, impact at low
temperature, heat resistance. |
